Welcome to cgmfinearts.com, the official website of Chris Green-Martinez. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. 

 1. Ownership and Intellectual Property 

All artwork, text, photographs, graphics, website design, and other content on this site are the exclusive property of Chris Green-Martinez, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written consent from the artist. 

2. Purchasing Terms 

  • Originals and Prints: Products available for purchase include original paintings and high-quality prints. 

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and secure payment through Squarespace’s processing system. 

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time. 

3. Shipping and Delivery 

  • Prints: Fulfilled via Lumaprints print-on-demand services and shipped through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Insurance option available. No international shipping. 

  • Originals: Shipped via UPS with standard insurance. 

4. Returns and Refunds 

Due to the nature of original artwork and custom prints: 

  • All sales are final. 

  • Refunds are only offered if the item arrives damaged. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.  We will reprint and resend the package for you at no cost. 

5. Commissions and Custom Work 

Commissioned artwork is created based on mutual agreement between the client and Chris Green-Martinez. 

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin. 

  • Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. 

6. Licensing and Usage Rights 

This site does not sell digital downloads or commercial licenses. All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

7. User Conduct 

You agree not to: 

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes. 

  • Post offensive, infringing, or abusive content. 

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify the website. 

8. Privacy 

Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your information. 

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

This website and its content are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the content or services offered. In no event shall Chris Green-Martinez or Victor Martinez be liable for any damages resulting from the use of this site.
