I own Chris' painting of two llamas staring out at the viewer. They are beautifully highlighted, standing in a desert with shadowed mountains in the background.
The whole scene is mesmerizing – the colors and the interplay of light and dark form a landscape that breathes and shifts each time you look at it, creating a feeling of peace and calm.
The dynamic difference of colors between the foreground and background gives a sensation of realism and dreaminess.
My guests are always drawn to this painting, as am I too, still, after many years of displaying it.
